Using Federated Development disciplines and managing a number of Digital Agencies, the HondaE was successfully launched online.
Our involvement was to ensure that the project successfully conformed to rigour required for testing, coding and branding needed. The result can be viewed here:
Key learnings for one of the agencies involved was the need to be consistent with project status reporting, relaying back an understanding of test approaches and finally confirming that a fuller understanding of Federated Development disciplines is adhered to from partner induction to conformance of standards. It was essential to align both online and above the line advertising campaigns to agreed schedules.
